This year, the youth from Spirit West are joining with others from across the city in Youth of Edmonton United, a multi-church group that organizes activities for youth across the presbytery. One of their first events was the Hunger Games Progressive Dinner where youth committed to gathering food for the Food Bank.
Sunday School
Spirit West Sunday School is learning about God, Jesus, and the Bible through an exciting curriculum called "Seasons of the Spirit"'. Children over 3 years of age engage in this inspirational program which allows the children to learn through stories, songs and crafts.
Nursery/Babyfold
Our nursery is upstairs to the lounge where your children can play with appropriate toys, books and stuffed animals. We also have a rocking chair to soothe the little ones. If you wish to stay with your infant or toddler, there are speakers in the lounge so you can still listen in to the service.
Just ask the greeters as you arrive if you are interested in having help with your little ones. We will take babies to 3 year olds.
